Bone Cold TV Hires Industry Veteran Paul Vaicunas as Media Manager

Bone Cold TV, a Western New York based destination hunting television show comprised of Brandon Scott, Chad Faulkner and Shaun Thomson, announces the hire of outdoor industry veteran, Paul Vaicunas as its media manager. In his role, Vaicunas will be responsible for expanding the show’s growing broadcast market, as well as manage the coordination of the group’s current and prospective sponsored companies, outfitters and partners. 

Previously, Vaicunas served as Group Vice President at Rochester-based conglomerate, The Outdoor Group, and was responsible for the brand management, sales and product development of five industry-leading brands as well as the sales leadership for sister brands Elite Archery, Scott Archery, Custom Bow Equipment, and Winner’s Choice Bowstrings. In this role, Vaicunas managed key partnerships with major accounts, buy groups, and distributors, while simultaneously supporting interdepartmental leadership teams, as well as managing sales plans company objectives for all nine brands in the northeast US territory. Prior, Vaicunas served in marketing and sales leadership roles with well known brands such as Carbon Express, Horton Crossbows, Parker Bows and Crossbows, Gorilla Tree Stands and more, as well as the recruiting and training of more than 40 accomplished brand sales and marketing representatives along the way.

Through his career, Vaicunas served various board appointments including with the Archery Trade Association (ATA), in addition to his tenure with the Crossbow Committee (chairman), and speaking commitments with SEAFWA and the Congressional Sportsman’s Caucus, to name a few.  

Today, Paul also serves Western New York as a Licensed Real Estate Sales Person, a Land Specialist with the nation’s top real estate company Whitetail Properties, who specializes in uniting buyers and sellers of hunting, ranch and farmland.

Vaicunas resides in East Amherst, NY with his wife and two sons, who also enjoy participating in fly fishing, 3D archery, canoeing, and bowhunting, among other outdoor activities.
